ALC Callbacks Found

How can I get rid of this message?

" ALC global variables found.

ALC callbacks not found. The presence of these global variables and callbacks will cause data loss and improper

operation of 3ds Max.

Remove ALC global variables and callbacks? "

Hi, please allow the 3ds Max Software Security tool to clean (remove) the callbacks, and other ALC related script code from your scene file, and also any startup script related to ALC that it detects. It is also important that you save the scene file after the Software Security Tools removed the ALC related script code from it.

ALC is a script corruption that is described in this Autodesk Knowledge Base article.

Please let us know if you have used the Security Tools successfully to clean your 3ds Max scenes and environment of ALC.

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question?

You don't need to reformat your computer to get rid of ALC.

- Install 3dsmax-component-security-tools-1.1.0-55.msi

- Start 3ds Max, and make sure the software security tools are enabled

- Follow the prompts of the Software Security tool to clean the scene file loaded into 3ds Max, and the ALC related files in your user scripts startup folder (C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\<version> - 64bit\<Language>\scripts\startup), namely

  • vrdematcleanbeta.ms
  • vrdematcleanbeta.mse
  • vrdematcleanbeta.msex

Please let us know if you have more questions.
