Texture format plugin

Hello. Can anyone help remake the texture plugin for version 2021? I have a project for Microsoft Visual Studio for the 2016 version, it needs to be changed and recoded for 2021 version 3ds max. I don't have a new studio to transcode the project.

The plugin works, only you need to change the reading of pixels, because the picture is displayed upside down.
