Hello I have a special file format and I want need import export Maya OR 3ds Max this file have structure I want ' MESH UV WEIGHTS ' if possible collision  export .bms file this file structure here https://github.com/DummkopfOfHachtenduden/SilkroadDoc/wiki/JMXVBMS

Do you want to import only the mesh data (vertices, faces, uvs) from the file?

so you don't care about skin data?

I don't know what skin data is, my goal is to export the models, characters, animals as .bms, so the file should contain mesh, uv, weights. Of course, if it's not too difficult, for example, when I make wall and map objects, write the collision feature to the file.bms I've been trying for years, I couldn't do it. I want to make my own models .bms file and transfer them to the game.

you say "weights"... do you mean "skin weights"?  at least I don't see any other "weights" there.

 

the file does not contain any information about the skeleton, so there is no way to import skin data...

so you need mesh exporter... how is about animation or skeleton data? skin data without a skeleton data doesn't make sense for me.

Yes I have animation and skeleton file .bsk skeleton .ban animation file I dont have only .bms file export tool

all of the files in the game are piece by piece so mesh skeleton animation material are all separate files then they are linked and used by a file, so in 2003 the company employees were able to do this, what I mean is that I am a character or animal in .fbx in 3ds max or in yeast or blender i will create it then i want to export it as .bms this file should contain UV map SKIN and WEIGHTS bone names I will send you together with the skeleton of this horse model for an example. Can you try to extract it again as .bms?

No, I won't do it myself. The task is not difficult, but like any exporter it will take a lot of time to debug, but I don’t have this free time. But if someone has any questions, I will be ready to help with advice and possible solutions.

I think no one will write such an exporter from scratch. There are many nuances for a beginner. So be prepared to pay at least three or four days of work if there are no free volunteers.
