SDK ISimpleMaterialExt missing

Hi,

my 3ds Max 2015 SDK installation is missing the ISimpleMaterialExt class which should be, according to the documentation (ISimpleMaterialExt), located in the <ISimpleMaterial.h> header.

Was this class dropped from the release?
