SDK instalation

Hello!

I’m trying to instal SDK next to my 3ds Max design 2009 SP1 but when I go in to setup (regular Max not Design), it says that I allready have a never version instaled (probably because SP1)… and in the Tools and Utilities there are no options shown - it’s just empty… How/where can I get a regular Max or SDK for Design?

Max Design doesn't have the SDK. That is one of the differences between Max and Max Design.

Max:
SDK but no Exposure tool.

Max Design:
Exposure tool but no SDK

Yes... I know that... What I'm asking is: how can I install SDK via Tool and Utilities (on the setup CD) SDK for Design (if it's possible)? Or how can I install a regular Max, since I already have a newer version of it and the option is grayed-out? I can only install the 32bit Max, will I be able to transfer with it 3D object to 64bit Sandbox?
