When I boot 3ds max, the MAXScript box immediate opens along with this error

after opening a file, this appears

and then finally after thats closed this appears numerous times

It sounds like something in the code got messed up but im not sure how to fix it other then re-installing max. Right before this I got an error saying something along the lines of "max is to access something that was already deleted" it tends to happen when im rigging with bones so after that fiasco this all popped up.
