Refreshing/Updating Modifier Stack UI

Using script to enabled/disable modifiers, doesn't update their UI status (bulb icon).

Any chance I could refresh UI of Modifier Stack without the need to change modify panel mode or re-selecting object? (I would avoid flickering of the panel)

I have not found a way to do this. One day I should report it.
