Python PySide2 Promoting custom widgets

Hi,

Im struggling a bit with promoting custom widgets in QT Designer with Python in 3dsmax.

Are there any known limitation in 3dsmax where you cant load the external ui with QUiLoader and use a promoted widget in pyside2?

I attached a simple test.
