Plugin to keep track user actions

Hi guys,

I need to write a plugin to monitor user's actions (create, select objects etc) and keep track of newly created nodes and propagate the user actions to another site... I'm thinking of use the action listener for maxscript to implement this. What type of plugin should I select? And which part of SDK documentation should I focus on?

That sounds like an exact description of the MacroRecorder in the Listener window.
