Load Short Cut File by Script

I'm trying to Load a Short Cut File (.kbdx) by script. 

Is there a command in maxscript or in the max sdk. (3ds Max 2014)

I'm working on a tool that manag different shortcut sets depending on the task. So that I can switch fast between modeling, rigging animating shortcutsets and so on.
