seems like you're running some 3rd party script or plugin that draws this. If it is a maxscript you can try to make a fulltext search for "gw.text" or "gw.hText" or "gw.wText" (non case sensitive) in your script folders. It might find the script responsible. However if it is encrypted scirpt or a plugin you won't find anything.
