Okay, so I'm a student using the free trial thing. I downloaded 3ds max 2019 since that's what we use in my class and all was fine and dandy before I opened it up. I know there have been other posts about this but I am completely and utterly stuck. I asked my father for help since he's really good with computers and figuring out issues but this even caught him. I need a really detailed explanation upon how to fix this error, I tried to get to the customer service support line but of course, they have it blocked off for only subscribers. I wish they had one available for students who don't really know a lot about computers since that would be very helpful. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated.
