What is the error when trying to create a plugin using 3dsmaxPluginWizard?

VS 2019
3ds Max 2024 SDK
When creating a project, after filling in MaxPluginWizard
a window appears with the error "Error when trying to create a plugin"
I don't know what other details to add that will help solve the problem

Yes, I saw all this, checked it several times,
even changed the slashes in the paths to the opposite (someone wrote about this),
but to no avail

Just gave it a test (win11x, vs2019, max2024sdk).

I never used this wizard before, but I followed exactly the readme.txt file.

I opened VS and created a file-import plugin:

No error message.
