Erro occurred all the time

hi, each time i open the program it keep stop working,

please advice

Is this an authorised version of Max?

Where did you download it from?

Has it worked at all since install?

Have you added any plugins?

Have you changed the startup script?

Have you changed the default folder or anything in it?

Are you getting an error message?

If so, what does it say?

Start there and feedback.

I would start with an introducing question: which application does not work? maybe he is talking about his mail-program 😉

Why would they be asking about a mail program on a forum designed to be about 3ds max? When people post here, I assume that is the app they are talking about and do not need that sort of clarification. Seems obvious.

well.. it's not a programming issue as well.. since some are not even able to write to the right board, I would expect everything today..

But it is still a forum dealing directly with 3ds max so I really cant see anyone posting here about anything other than Max. If they are, then they are in the wrong place. Also, the forum we are in IS a programming one, so I dont see what point you are trying to make.

well, the point is, the original question is neither related to python, c++ nor to mxs..  it is simply annoying to read all this off topic stuff here.. i wish sparks would be back..
