Hi Guys,
I'm from a production company and we're making an animation video. One of the .max files that was sent to our animator cannot be opened, (probably) because it contains Chinese signs. It was sent from China, but the two other .max files that were sent from China were fine (the contained symbols only).
Do you guys have solution to this problem?
