Cannot open support case

Hey guys,
Clicking on 'No open support cases' on https://manage.autodesk.com/home always leads me to a screen saying "We are down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be back shortly", and this has been like that for 1 month now.
Is this a bad error message that should say my admin has to give me certain permissions, or something else is off? My colleagues in ChaosGroup reporting issues with the 3ds Max SDK use that button and I don't know if there is another way to do it.
