application error message

Hello, while using 3ds max 2019 version whenever i press ctr+z for 3 times i got an application error message asking me to attempt saving a copy of the scene then after i got a 3ds max error report to fill so whats seems to be the problem ?

sorry to read you are having this issue with Max.

Do you send the error report ?
When you do, there is a CER_######### that is displayed in the webpage.
Can you give me the number ? I can look in our database.
