ActiveX Updating Problem

Hi All,

I have written an activex in vb, and it works very well in all versions of 3ds max.
But I have a problem when I want to use my control in the Utility panel. For some reason it don't update correctly when the Utility is closed and then opened. The activex stays gray !!!
I have tried to force an update on the Utility Open event, but still no succes.
Have any of you had this problem, and how can I solve it ?

Can I ask what version of Max you are in?

I am using version 5, but I have also tried my ActiveX in version 9, and it behaves the same...
When I run my script that loads my ActiveX everything starts fine, but as soon as I close the Utility and Opens it again, the ActiveX don't get redrawn. I have attached some screen shots, I hope they explain my situation.. Any help is highly appriciated...
