a feuture that fix digonals in a mesh quads

Hello,
I dreaming of a new tool to reorganize diagonals on a selected quads.
For exemple here in those screenshot digonals are not following a flow that dribve in bad shading.
The option in max, is to go in editable poly to dig each poly and change direction, but when you have more then 100 quads it become a time consuming.
Maybe there is a plug or a solution that I am unaware?
