3ds Max 2023 SDK download?

Hi,

I can't find the download for the 3ds Max 2023 SDK. Is it available? According to this page it is required for Max 2023:
https://help.autodesk.com/view/MAXDEV/2023/ENU/?guid=sdk_requirements

but it is not listed here:
https://www.autodesk.com/developer-network/platform-technologies/3ds-max#3dsmax-sdk

(and I don't have it available in the extraction folder as the alternative suggests.)

It definitely should be in the Autodesk extraction folder

As far i remember the file should sit somewhere under like x64/Addon or x64/Tools or similar ( not on my workstation ATM ). But i definitely pulled mine from the extraction folder ...

UPDATE:

This download works for me, i remember Autodesk peeps reported some server issues
