When i turn on the Modifier list, 3ds max is automatically shutting down.

Hello guys!

I can not understand where is the problem..Well when I am going to click on modifier list ,this dialog box is constantly appears to me and then the program is shutting down.

Does it happen on a brand new file?

No it doesn't... usually appears when I'm in the middle of modelling, while selecting the rectangle for example
