Unwrap UVW rotation snap problem

Hi,

I am having an issue in the UVW editor when rotating an island it seems to snap oddly and randomly. I have snaps turned off. It was working fine the other day and now this happens and I dont know why.

I have attached a video which shows the issue.

If anybody has a solution, It would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

Maybe you have the Snap Toggle ON in the Edit UVWs dialog

To snap a cluster to a pixel you need a bitmap. Please activate the Pixel Center Snap or the Pixel Corner Snap option in the Snap Setting dialog. The Snap Setting dialog is located in the drop-down for the Snaps Toggle. You also need a bitmap and an active the "Use Custom Bitmap Size" option, in the Preferences dialog (access it from the Options menu).

You can also snap Vertex selection to the Grid when in the "Move" mode. In this case, you need to activate the grid. You can activate the Grid in the menu: Options /Preferences/Colors/Show Grid.
