the plane of the tree model disappears when rotated

Hello,

I am a beginner.
I rendered the textured plane.
In the game, the object looks good, the texture looks good,
however, when looking at the object from a different angle,
texture changes brightness and fades away.
I would like the texture to be the same on all sides and without changing the brightness.
Please tell me what parameters in 3dsmax to pay attention to? how to do it ?

best regards
Sebastian

Cześć,

Jestem początkujący.
Wyrenderowałem teksturowany samolot.
W grze obiekt wygląda dobrze, tekstura wygląda dobrze,
jednak patrząc na obiekt pod innym kątem,
tekstura zmienia jasność i zanika.
Chciałbym, aby tekstura była taka sama ze wszystkich stron i bez zmiany jasności.
Powiedz mi proszę, na jakie parametry w 3dsmax zwrócić uwagę? jak to zrobić ?

Z poważaniem
Sebastian

Because you have a sun/light in scene and it effect more on the one side 🙂

You may need to play with Lightning...

cheers

The change in brightness is probably a reflection on the plane, or a specular highlight.  If you make the material dull with no reflection, that should go away.  If the object disappears, it may be that the back of the plane is being culled.  It will need to be set to show backface.
