Strange lines in 3ds max 2018

Hi, I installed 3ds max 2018 but i am having an issue. Whenever i draw something in it. its edges get scattered in the scene. I attaching a screenshot down.

The problem could be with your video board and driver.  Check that it is up to date.  Also try different modes of display (e.g., wireframe ).
