shift + drag +edge

Hello, I am a student and I can't speak English.Please understand me if the grammar is wrong a lot.

I tried to find it in customize user interface .I didn't find it.

this hotkey is 'edge at one stroke shift+drag ' =  created face 

I changed MAYA interaction in preference setting 

and be gone the hot key . edge +shift +drag move key  = nothing happen 

Please let me know how to use this hotkey.

Go to Customize, Customize User Interface, Mouse tab and uncheck Maya Mode Selection
