I found a 3D model that I would love to create an example of it. Can you please give me a guide where to start?

Hello

Thanks for asking the community about this, although it does not look as a simple model, but splitting it into several models, will make your life a lot easier, for example, first think about the largest details/parts, how many big circles you can see there?

Then think about smaller details, each little object, which copied along a circle possibly by array tool, if that's something that sound doable, let me know to do this together!

Cheers

Create a cube from lines and make them renderable.  Add spheres at the corners, assign a material then group them.  Use the Spacing Tool to copy them along a splines.  Rotate individual cubes as needed then array the one "leaf".

I will just add that the small part can be easily done by Box and Lattice modifier:
