Learn design in 3ds max jewelry

Hi 

I'm new here. I really like to learn how to draw with 3ds max. Are there any free softwares in combination with the vray rendering? I saw people make very realistic renderings with jewelry. I work on my laptop nvidia geforce 960m is that okay for jewelry rendering?

Is there anyone interested to give me online courses? Also for export 2d images vector lines in 3d?

Feel free to post your issues or ask for advices. You'll probably encounter problems as you go deeper and any "courses" can only introduce you to tools, workflow etc.. but problem solving is rarely included.
