How to Remove Sharp Edges

How to view and remove this "Sharp" in 3DS Max?

For 3DS Max it always creates these “Sharps” automatically, I would like to remove them.

*In Blender I can view and remove it easily.

Smoothing groups or messed up normals.

Try autosmooth for all faces

@dmitriy.shpilevoy is right. Make sure the corner verts are all welded, the normals all are the same direction and they have the same ‘smoothing group’ assignment.
