Well, that's sort of like saying, "I'd like to do brain surgery, how can I do that." Modeling in 3d takes some learning curve. There are several ways to get started.
Autodesk provides a bunch of tutorials on getting started. You can open Max and go to 'Help/Tutorials/1-Minute Essentials' to get started. Do all of those.
Then, search Google and YouTube for "how to use 3ds Max." You'll see a lot of links for 'Beginners.'
Max is not simple to learn. It takes time and dedication. But, because Max has been around for almost 30 years, there are 10s of 1000s of articles on the Web about how to do about everything it can do. You have to do what the rest of us have and spend 100s of hours doing every tutorial you can get your hands on.
That's how you make a 3d model.
