How can I see my objects in colour instead of only their mesh?

Hi,

How do I configure it so that the objects I create are colored instead of just seeing the mesh?
Here are screenshot of what I have and what I want to achieve.

F3 toggles Wireframe Mode - so try that first. Alternatively, at the top of the viewports are 3 clickable labels - click the 3rd (rightmost) one and select Shaded or Realistic.
