Expand selection

Hi!

Basic question maybe. But I just can't get my head around how to expand the selection shown in the attached image? From the center I guess? Expanding as is delivers a weird result.

Try using the swift loop tool, when you hold alt you can move the edges as you want.

Another option is to turn on the edge constraint in the editable poly.
