First try and 'ENU Reset.' If that doesn't help write back.

Ok, sometimes that the easiest fix. Can you make a video of what you are doing and show the problem? That might help understand what's going on.

I watched your video and think I see what you are trying to do.

Let me ask this, have you used the 'Connect' tool a lot and know how it works? If you have used it a lot and know it and now it's not working like it's supposed to. That's one thing.

Another thing is if you really haven't used it much and don't know it very well and might not be using it properly.

I think you might be the second one and aren't using it correctly. Would that be a fair guess?

I apologize if you are already skilled at using 'Connect' and it's malfunctioning. But, it sounds as if you maybe are still learning. If that's the case, here is a video that might help.

my apologies for the delay in my reply

I am a land survey topographer sometimes I am quite busy on construction site or land field

Well you are right about the second thing I am a very beginner in 3ds max.  I have just started learning the software with Adam ZOLLINGER on UDEMY, and it is thanks to his videos that I was able to preview what it can look like.

Big thanks for every thing .. I will view the video as soon as possible and come back to you.

No problem on the delay. I think the video I made will help you. BTW, Adam Zollinger is really good. I've used a few of his courses over the years. Udemy is a great resource.

Also, if you are still stuck, I'd be happy to do a screenshare with you and get you going.

Make sure you don't import as a 'One Object.' Import so all the splines are separate so you don't have to detach or split anything out. I imported 'Derive AutoCAD Primitives by' using the first choice, 'Layer, Blocks as Noce Hierarchy.' I turned off all of the 'Geometry Options.'
