Change resolution of Capture Still Image

Is it possible to change the resolution for Capture Still Image? Can't seem to find anything.

Can you provide more information as to how you "capture still image", what resolution you are getting and what resolution you  want?

It's when you go to Tools > Preview - Grab Viewport > Capture Still Image to get a screenshot. Ideally, I'd like them in HD - 1920x1080. The resolution I get though is 1297x707.

The resolution you get with Capture Still Image is the resolution of your display.  To get a higher resolution image you could stretch the display window to a second display and then do the capture or, if the image is not perspective, you could use pan to capture multiple images and then assemble them in a picture editing program like Photoshop or GIMP or even Paint (if you use the Windows snipping tool).
