3DS MAX 2017 Convert Editable Poly With TurboSmooth creates Blocky faces

Hello I'm new here, I have this really serious problem as I'm modeling my character when I try to bake the control cage with turbo smooth modifier, to an editable poly it becomes very bad and blocky as the image attached, converting it to editable mesh makes it look fine, and trying to convert it back to an editable poly after mesh doesn't fix it. Also tried creating another test character and got the same results.

Turn off 'Isoline-Display' in the Turbosmooth mod. main Parameters before converting to editablePoly.
