Viewport gone mad?

I never had something like this... now, If I try to rotate the 3d viewport everything "dissapears" I tried resetting the viewport, changing it between perspective or isometric, or the planes, nothing works... on less than 3 minutes the viewport turns crazy and unoperable....

I add the file (2018) maybe that way can be seen better the problem, I just dont have idea what could be happening here... this happened suddenly.

Hi @bioclone_ax45! Thanks for your post and the information provided.

I had a look at the scene file but could not seem to reproduce the issue on my end. I created a quick Screencast video of me rotating around the Viewport normally with the file. -- I'm using 3ds Max 2018.4.8 in the video (Update 4 Security Fix)

I'm wondering if perhaps there are corrupted preferences within your ENU folder though. Could you take a look at the first solution in this article and test it please: Objects disappear when rotating, panning or zooming the Viewport in 3ds Max

If resetting the 3ds Max preferences does not seem to work, try the other solutions listed in the article. Please keep me posted how your testing goes! 😊
