I'm not sure how to fix this, I have some tris here and need to convert them to quads as a turbosmooth will be placed over them later. The Text will be extrude inside and need to be modeled, hope someone can help me.

1. Do the text as a separate mesh, extrude it inside add subdivision modifier and do retopology

or

2. Do the retopo, at this moment try to avoid round ends of the letter, extrude shape as you want, add chamfer to make letters end rounds and do some small fixes if needed.

Depends where you want use this model there is a different way to do it, but in my opinion you got to much details right now and retopo will take you more time.

Assuming it's a flat surface, you don't have to do much. Keep triangles, just move them away from the side.

Same for left side. Triangles on flat surface won't make any difference. I suspect real problem will be text smoothing.

Select the faces on subobject mode - then apply and autosmooth. When you come to turbosmooth/meshsmooth, select seperate by 'smoothing groups' in the [Parameters] roll down.

About smoothing the real game changer is using Crease modifier.
