Tablet Pressure does not work on Viewport Canvas in 3ds max 2020, 2021.

I am teaching 3ds Max to a large number of students. For all students including me, Tablet Pressure doesn't work on Viewport Canvas. The versions of 3ds Max are 2020 and 2021. Even a google search couldn't solve the problem. Please let me know if there is a solution.

2020 pen pressure is working on my comp, 2021 is not.
