Spring diameter

I work in millimetres, If I create a spring from Dynamics objects I can't lower the diameter to less than 100.00mm.
I tested in max 23 -21.

Is related to the unit settings?

Make sure both the system and display units are set to mm and that the spring is not far away (e.g., < 10,000mm) from the world origin.
