Problem with animations and attached mobels

Greetings everyone! I am new to 3ds and this is my first topic so excuse me if my questions are kinda "newbies".
I imported two different objects (.pskx), and I must ATTACH them in order to export as 1 .ASE which will be imported to Unreal. However 1 object has animations and the other hasn't (it is static mesh), so this issue happens when I attach them:

How can I setup the animations to affect only 1 object and not the other one?
