Move an object without clicking the gizmo

Ok, so max has a certain default behavior for moving an object along an axis without having to press the gizmo every time. This is really perfect when work in other areas is made... where the pivot/gizmo isn't present). I always have to zoom out click on the axis I want it to move along then zoom in again to continue detailed work.

From 0:11 is a perfect example where it would be handy to be able to drag the object along another axis if needed.

Some pseudo shortcuts but hopefully you get the idea:

CTRL+drag = Moving along the x-axis

Shift+drag = Moving along the y-axis

Alt + drag = Moving along the z-axis

You can use XYZ spinners at the bottom or right-click on the move icon on main toolbar, or right-click on toolbar and show axis-constrains.

F5 will constrain motion to the X axis

F6 is the Y

F7 is Z

F8 will cycle between XY, XZ, and YZ

+1 to showing the Axis Constraints on your toolbar.  That way you can see what constraints are active.

Thank you. Worked fine! However, not really the most convenient way it's designed I think.
