Magicavoxel Model Optimization

Hey, I´m sorry about the "noob" question, but how can I optimize / retopo a model created with magicavoxel?
It looks like this. (Yeah, it is a guy from atari 2600, hero) and I´d like to use it for a unity3d test. 🙂
When I export it from magicavoxel, I see it looks "strange". Would it be better from me to use retopoly from scratch? Using this model only as reference? What is the easiest way? (I´m not skilled with modelling tools).
