I didn't find the fillet command in 3dsmax 2022

I have made a rectangle convert it to editable poly , then vertex and I have searched about the fillet command but I didn't find it

Its not in the modifier list under the Modelling category for you? Are you trying to modify an object or a series of lines?

Did you convert it to Editable Poly, or Editable Spline?  The Fillet command is only available with a spline, not a poly.

Its just a normal spline. Then you would extrude it up after that. I didn't see the option for fillet/chamfer one regular nurbs objects like torus/box/etc...
