How to make a hexagonal plane ?

Hello! I'm new with 3DS max and, as a big Doctor Who fan, I want to design my own TARDIS interior. But I don't know how to create a perfectly hexagonal room, since the plane tool only creates rectangles or squares. Do you know how to do this ?

Hi,

To create a hexagonal shape you can simply create a Cylinder, set the Sides value to 6

And uncheck the option Smooth so the edges come out sharp. See the image below
