How to get NVIDIA mental ray option in the render setup.

Sir, 

I am learning 3ds max 2019 student version through YouTube channel of autodesk 3ds max.

 I am not able to find out NVIDIA mental ray option in "Render Setup". And, even in materials -> maps "mental ray" is not appearing. Please guide me to get it.

Mental Ray has been removed from 3ds Max  and has since been discontinued by NVIDIA.

Is there any other option which can replace it?

How to get AMBIENT OCCLUSION RENDERING ?

Most renderers come with similar abilities. Have you tried Arnold (ships with Max)? Lots of renderers out there.
