Export does not include all parts of model

In 3Ds Max 2019, I have created a model for a piece of jewelry and have exported the model in a format acceptable by the company that will print a 3D prototype for me to evaluate.  I have used both FBX and Obj file types and when I upload the files to the printer's website, parts of the model are missing.  They are parts that I created after the major part of the item was created and then I attached them to the major part.  In 3Ds Max, all parts appear to form one complete object.  The interesting thing is that I can click on one of the secondary parts and move it relative to the original part to which it was attached.  If the additions were really attached to the main part, I don't think that I should be able to do this.  Any suggestions where I have gone wrong?

Thanks,

Tom

Could you please share the original *.max file? I'm happy to take a look. Smiley Very Happy
