Error while try create door/window

Hi guys. I'm learning how to use 3dS Max, and I having some problems on my learning. I'm not able to create doors, windows, stairs, and other architectures objects. all of these objects like similar...when I create a door, when I create any kind of window, all of this seem similar each other...I'll send some pictures. Sorry for my bad english.

The default is to specify the Width, Depth then Height of the objects (doors and windows) as you create them.
Click on the Sliding Door option (Create Panel > Doors > Sliding). In the Perspective viewport, click/drag from bottom/left to upper/right (defining the width) then release the mouse button. Move the cursor "up&left" to define the Depth then click the left mouse button once. Move the cursor "up" to define the Height and click once more. If you then go to the Modify panel you can adjust those and many other options.
Nearly all of the AEC objects are created in the same or a similar way - they just take a little getting used to. Stairs for example default to Length/Width/Height - similar, but slightly different, to Doors - you just have to get used to the way each object works.
