Decimal problem

Hi, I'm on 3ds Max 2017 and I'm having an issue I've never had before When I'm doing something like chamfering or insetting and I manually input a number after the comma it gets pushed back to 0,0 every time:

 1676bdb32c815292d97ffcf23769ebe7

It's the same whichever units I used, whether centimeters or meters. I'm on a French PC so we use commas. If I manually replace the comma with a period it works but as soon as I pan or orbit around, it gets pushed back to 0,0 again.

I've tried the SP1, SF 2017.1 but it's the same so far.

Try click the two arrow once, then try to type the number you want to input...see whether it work or not...
