Cloth modifier collision problems

I'm having trouble with the cloth modifier to interact with the collision objects that I have set up for my 3D model and was wanting to know if there is a solution already for this? I want to get the best result's but am not sure what the proper steps are.

The attached images don't tell "the story". I am not sure what are you trying to do. So far I can see that you are using box as a cloth object. What the cloth simulation should do? I am not sure if I can answer your question without a short movie where you can show the problem. The Jing screen capture is the an option. The free Jing screen capture from TechSmith. Another option would be to attach your max file.
