Autogrid Doesn't work properly in 3dsmax 2025, what happened??

Hello,
I noticed that Autogrid doesn't work properly when in Orthographic mode in 3dsmax 2025, there was no such problem in previous versions....
It only works fine in Perspective mode, in orthographic it doesnt project properly... It's frustrating, I mostly use orthographic mode and I use autogrid alot!

Just tried it in a fresh scene and it works as expected for me. What else is different for you?

Also: what exactly do you mean when you say "doesn't work properly"?

OK, I see. So Autogrid sometimes makes "precision errors" and does not align itself properly at the visual boundaries of objects - would that be a suitable summary?

Hm. I cannot produce this issue, it works very precisely for me in iso view, around the visible edges... pixel-perfect actually.

Maybe a graphics driver issue?

I checked drivers and windows are updated, I'll try installing 3dsmax on another computer
Did you try it with splines? It works perfectly with other objects but not with splines

I did test it by creating multiple Rectangle shapes onto a box in front of a plane - very similar to what you showed in the video.
