3DS Max 2018 Application Error while creating model

We have installed Autodesk 3DS Max 2018 licensed version in our system.

When i launch 3Ds Max, initially i got Graphics mode error, i got it resolved by changing graphics mode.

Later on i went to create a model, for that i have tried to create a polygon i go application error.

that is a crash dump where windows send the file to a location on your computer. if you go into your windows event viewer and then double click on windows logs and applcations look for that last error and the time stamp double click on it. windows will give you a short description of what maybe causing it. if you run that error through google it mite to you the cause of the error

have you updated max to the lastest sevice pack and hotfix?

Thanks for your reply, recently i have installed the latest version of 3DS MAX in a newly formatted system

as i said that error massage is due to a crash dump the only way you can read it is through the event viewer, or with the MS window debug tools with the symbols but with these you need to know what your looking at there is a lot of infomation contained in that crash dump file.

just because is it a new formatted new doesn't mean anything, unless you update 3ds max with the lastest hotfix and service pack from the autodesk website,
